• 1.1. Ownership: The Product is owned by Cherry Fizz Co. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• 1.2. Grant of License: Cherry Fizz Co. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal or small business(up to 150 products) purposes only.

• 1.3. Restrictions: You may not sell, distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer the Product to any third party without prior written consent from Cherry Fizz Co.

• 1.4. Modifications: You may not modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product in any way.

• Permitted Use:

• 2.1. Personal and Small Business Use: You may use the Product for personal or small business purposes, including but not limited to individual projects, presentations, or internal business use. (Up to 150 products)

• 2.2. Multiple Users: If the Product is intended for use by multiple users within a small business, each user must obtain a separate license.

• Intellectual Property:

• 3.1. Ownership: All intellectual property rights related to the Product remain the property of Cherry Fizz Co.

• 3.2. No Transfer: This license does not transfer any ownership rights or intellectual property rights to you.

• Warranty and Liability:

• 4.1. Product "As Is": The Product is provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.

• 4.2. Limitation of Liability: Cherry Fizz Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product.

• Termination:

• 5.1. Termination by Cherry Fizz Co.: Cherry Fizz Co. may terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms and conditions.

• 5.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and destroy any copies in your possession.

• General:

• 6.1. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wisconsin.

• 6.2. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Cherry Fizz Co. regarding the Product and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

• 6.3. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

• 6.4. Waiver: The failure of Cherry Fizz Co. to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By downloading and using the Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
